This website collects interest in Aksharam, a Malayalam learning product in development.

What we collect

When you join, we store your email address, chosen learning interest, the number and age groups of children (only when you sign up for a child), signup time, and a record of your consent. We also store campaign parameters from the link you visited and the referring website’s origin when provided. Our hosting provider may process technical request data to operate the website.

How we use it

We use this information to send relevant early-access invitations and product updates, and understand which campaigns bring interest. Joining is free and does not create an app account. We do not sell the waitlist.

Parents and children

This form is for adults aged 18 and over. Parents should use their own email address. If you sign up for a child, we ask how many children and which age groups they are in (for example 5–7), so invitations suit them. We do not ask for a child’s name, email, birth date or other personal details.

Where it is stored

Waitlist records are stored in a database supplied through our website hosting service. Access is restricted to operating this early-access programme.

Leaving the list

You can reply to any Aksharam invitation or update to ask us to remove your information. We will include that option when contacting you. This website does not send an automated confirmation email.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while operating the early-access programme, unless you ask us to remove it. If the programme closes, we will delete waitlist records that are no longer needed.
